The Classic Material
for Facade Cladding

Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) is a three-layer sandwich panel consisting of two pre-painted aluminum sheets bonded to a core material. This proven construction delivers an exceptional combination of rigidity, lightweight performance, and cost efficiency that has made ACM the world's most widely used facade cladding material.

AluAone ACM panels feature Kynar 500 PVDF, FEVE, or Polyester coatings applied via precision roller coating for consistent color and finish. The core is available in three fire-rated options — A2 mineral, B1 fire-retardant, and B2 standard PE — ensuring code compliance in any market.

Suitable for curving, rolling, and perforating, ACM panels adapt to virtually any architectural design. AluAone also provides composite solutions for different metals to meet specialized project requirements.

Fire Rating Comparison

AluAone ACM is available in three fire-rated core options. Choosing the correct fire rating ensures compliance with your country's building code and avoids costly project delays.

A2

Mineral Core — Non-Combustible

The highest fire safety standard for composite panels. A2 mineral core ACM is classified as non-combustible, meeting the most stringent building codes worldwide. Required for high-rise and public buildings in many jurisdictions.

Standards met:
AS 1530 (Australia) · BS 8414 (UK) · EN 13501-1 Class A2 · Meets strictest post-Grenfell regulations
High-rise buildings (50m+) Hospitals and healthcare Schools and public buildings Markets with strict fire codes (UK, AU, NZ)
B1

FR Core — Fire Retardant

Self-extinguishing fire-retardant core that meets most European fire safety requirements. B1-rated ACM provides an excellent balance between fire performance and cost, suitable for the majority of commercial and residential projects.

Standards met:
EN 13501-1 Class B · DIN 4102-1 B1 · Meets most European building codes · Self-extinguishing
Mid-rise commercial buildings Shopping centers and retail Office towers Markets with moderate fire codes (EU, ME)
B2

PE Core — Standard

Standard polyethylene core offering the most cost-effective ACM solution. Ideal for interior applications, low-rise buildings, and regions without stringent fire requirements. Maximum cost savings with full design flexibility.

Standards met:
DIN 4102-1 B2 · Suitable for projects without strict fire codes · Maximum cost efficiency
Interior wall and ceiling panels Signage and advertising Low-rise buildings Regions with flexible fire codes

A+++ Cost Effectiveness —
The Most Economical Facade

Among all aluminum facade products, ACM delivers the highest value per square meter. Lower material cost, lighter weight, and easier fabrication translate to savings at every stage of your project.

A+++

Highest Cost Effectiveness Rating

Compared to fabricated solid panels (A+) and pre-finished sheet (A++), ACM achieves A+++ — the best value in facade cladding

Lower Material Cost

The sandwich construction uses less aluminum than solid panels while maintaining structural rigidity. Three-layer design maximizes performance per dollar of material cost.

Lightweight = Lower Shipping

ACM panels weigh significantly less than solid aluminum, reducing freight costs for international delivery. Lighter panels also mean reduced structural load on the building.

Easy Fabrication = Lower Install

ACM is easily routed, curved, rolled, and perforated with standard tools. Faster on-site installation reduces labor costs compared to custom-fabricated solid panels.

Where ACM Excels

From high-rise curtain walls to interior signage, ACM panels deliver performance and design flexibility across a wide range of building types and applications.

Curtain Wall Cladding
