The foundation of our product range. Three fully automated coil coating lines produce pre-painted aluminum coil and sheet — the raw material for everything from standing-seam roofing to curtain wall panels.

What It Produces

Color Coated Aluminum Coil & Pre-Finished Sheet

Three continuous coil coating lines process aluminum coil up to 2020mm width and up to 3.0mm thickness through a multi-stage process: alkaline cleaning, chromate-free pre-treatment, multi-layer primer and topcoat application, precision oven curing, and protective film lamination. The result is consistently coated coil ready for slitting, cut-to-length, or direct shipment.

The four-roller precision coating system controls film thickness to within ±2μm tolerance, ensuring uniform colour and gloss across entire production runs. Intelligent temperature-controlled curing ovens guarantee optimal paint cure for long-term coating performance. Environmental exhaust recovery captures and treats all VOC emissions, meeting ISO 14001 requirements.

What It Produces

Fabricated Aluminum Panel

Our fabrication division operates 20 specialized machines including CNC routers, brake presses, roll-forming equipment, and welding stations, complemented by 2 dedicated spray coating lines. Panels are CNC-cut, folded, welded with stiffeners and brackets, then spray-coated with Kynar 500 PVDF or Powder Coating — arriving on site fully finished and ready to install.

Architects specify complex geometries — curved facades, perforated screens, tapered columns — and we deliver finished panels with stiffeners, brackets, and factory-applied coating. The 2 spray lines handle both PVDF and powder coating, giving specifiers flexibility across performance tiers. No minimum order quantity means even small-run bespoke projects are economically viable.

2 × ACM & Corrugated Panel Composite Lines

Dedicated lamination lines that bond pre-coated aluminum skins to mineral, fire-retardant, or PE cores — producing the most cost-effective and fire-compliant facade cladding available.

What It Produces

Aluminum Composite Material & Corrugated Panel

Two continuous lamination lines bond pre-coated aluminum coil (from our own roller coating lines) to A2 mineral, B1 fire-retardant, or B2 PE core materials under heat and pressure. The same lines also produce aluminum corrugated panels with a three-layer composite structure featuring a corrugated core. Both products exit the line as finished, cut-to-size panels ready for routing, folding, and installation.
